- Allow you to configure warranty on any product in Odoo.
- System will create warranty registration automatically when you confirm Sales order and if system found warranty link with that product.
- System will set warranty registrations or warranty cards on contract related to that sales order.
- Allow your customers to claim request directly from website my account.
- Allow your customers to view all warranty in website my account portal.
- Management of claim or ticket in backend by support/claim management team.
- Print warrnty cards and send to your customer.
- Also allow you to create warranty registration manually.
- Complete management of claim request.
