Deactivation of User Account / Disable Portal User Account
This app allows you to send reminders to keep a portal user account active to your customer/vendor/partners and after sending two reminders system will automatically deactivate portal user account and send email about informing to them.
- Allow you to configure first reminder days, second reminder days and third reminder days on website settings as shown.
- System will daily review all the portal account users and if some users found not an active specific period then the system will send reminders as first and second reminders and finally in the third reminder system send email and make that portal user account deactivate automatically.
- Three email templates are available for email to portal users / customers / vendors / partners which you can also modify based on your subject and email.
- Cron job is available by system so that will run daily and send reminders automatically.
